Shipping & Returns
In-Store Pickup Policy:
- Pickup orders will take 24-48 hours to be processed. Customers will receive an email confirming when their order is ready for pickup in our store during store hours. Please wait to receive this confirmation email before coming to the store.
- Prices in effect on gnnhealthyliving.ca only. Orders must be placed on the website to obtain website pricing.
- Pickup orders are limited to customers with a Manitoba mailing address.
- Our store is located at 116 Park Road West in Steinbach, Manitoba. Our store hours are Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Shipping Within Canada:
- All orders below $75.00 (before taxes) will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $8.50.
- All orders of $75.00 or more (before taxes) will receive FREE SHIPPING.
- All orders that are being shipped to a remote or fly-in location will be subject to an extra shipping charge due to the transportation costs charged by Canada Post. Customers will be contacted via email with the additional charges prior to your order being processed.
- All shipping prices include GST.
- All orders will be shipped via Expedited Parcel by Canada Post.
- All customers will receive email confirmation that their order has been shipped which will include a tracking number.
- Orders received before 1:00 p.m. CST will be processed that same business day and will be shipped within 1-2 business days (monday to friday). During peak business periods, orders will not be processed until the next business day.
- Estimated delivery time to most Canadian urban destinations is 3-10 business days.
Shipping to the USA:
- All orders below $100 (CDN) will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $14.95.
- All orders of $100 (CDN) or more will receive FREE SHIPPNG.
- All orders over 3 KG (6.5 pounds) will be subject to an extra shipping charge. Customers will be notified via email with the additional charges prior to your order being processed.
- All customers will receive an email confirmation that their order has been shipped which will include a tracking number.
- All orders are shipped Tracked Packet or Expedited Parcel US by Canada Post.
- Estimated time to most urban US destinations is 6-14 business days if there are no delays at customs.
- All custom clearance fee and additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do reserve the right to cancel your order if a product is not allowed to be shipped to the USA as per FDA regulations. You will be notified via email.
- Orders received before 1:00 p.m. CST will be processed that same business day and will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). During peak business periods, orders will not be processed until the next business day.
Shipping to International Destinations:
- Good n Natural does not ship to international destinations at this time. We only ship to Canada and the United States.
- If you would like to make a return request you can contact us toll free at 1-866-794-4613 or 204-326-9565 or submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for the return. One of our team members will be happy to assist you.
- Only items that have not been opened/used may be returned.
- The shipping charge for returning an item (which must be unopened) is the responsibility of the customer. If the error is due to our mistake then of course we will be responsible for the shipping charges.
